The superb 2024 remake of Silent Hill 2 is on sale for its lowest price yet on PC over at Fanatical. For a limited time, you can save nearly 50% on a Steam code for rebuilt edition of Konami’s survival horror classic. The standard edition is up for grabs for $36.39, while the Digital Deluxe Edition is $41.59.
These deals are substantially better than what Steam is offering during its Spring Sale. Directly from Steam, the standard edition is $49 and the Digital Deluxe is $56.
Like the original Silent Hill 2, Bloober Team’s remake is a dark descent into a world that has an oppressive atmosphere. Full of surreal nightmares, players not only have to survive the terrors stalking Silent Hill but find answers to the questions that have haunted the protagonist James Sunderland for several years.
Now’s a great time to play Silent Hill 2, as Konami just showed off the cinematic trailer for Silent Hill f, a brand-new entry in the series that’s finally up for preorder after initially being announced in 2022.
Unlike the Silent Hill 2 remake, Silent Hill f will be available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S as well as PC. Silent Hill 2 is a PS5 console exclusive. PlayStation owners can save $10 on a physical edition of Silent Hill 2 remake at Amazon and Walmart.
