Callea admits capturing the simplicity of the classics, such as Elton John’s Candle in the Wind, can be nerve-wracking. “It’s such a poignant, beautiful song, and it’s quite difficult vocally to get that right in the pocket. Elton just had a way of being able to phrase it, and deliver it, and just make it sit there,” he says.
