This whole time I thought the redness was a histamine disorder 🤔
I am recently starting to struggle with getting a pump, this was not an issue a year ago it just started 3-4 weeks ago. My calories are 1,900-2,200 per day and I have 700 calories before my workout with not a lot of carbs. Is my issue the food I am consuming or my workouts?

I do 6 sets of 12 with arms! I always do it nice and slow and controlled! Funny how I do more den others in the gym and they do their 3 sets of 6 so quickly hahahaha with no control like always haha. And I use no pre workout! 15 kgs 6 sets of 12 with no pre workout brusss! I need a bigger chest tho :/
