Solo Leveling Season 1, Episode 10
Lee Joohee tells Jinwoo that she may not be cut out for the life of a hunter. She thinks that she too “timid.” However, she is grateful to have meet Jinwoo. She returns the E-Rank essence stone from their first dungeon. She has decided that she’s going to retire and return home. Later, Jinwoo recalls a warning that Woo Jinchul gave regarding S-Ranked Hunter Hwang Dongsoo. The brother of Hwang Dongsuk, Woo tells both Jinwoo and Jinho they might consider leaving the country, as the law is “powerless to deal with S-Ranks.”
This coupled with his mother’s heath are the main motivators for getting stronger. Later, Jinho and Jinwoo gather at C-Ranked dungeon gate, with six hunters. Each of them have some reason or another that prevents them from “working regularly,” like injuries, lack of experience, or alcoholism. One of the members of the new crew is a minor. Han Song-Yi is the friend of Jinwoo’s sister, Jinah. Han dropped out of school to make fast cash hunting.
Jinwoo dominates the dungeons
Since Jinwoo doesn’t have much knowledge of his sisters personal life he doesn’t know who Han is. The duo tells the rest that they only need to wait outside the dungeon and do nothing else. The crew don’t believe them but when they return having defeated the dungeon in under two hours they are shocked. Their surprise continues when they learn that Jinwoo and Jinho intend to clear three dungeons in one day. As Jinwoo swiftly defeats the dungeons he reaches level 40, and gains new abilities: Advanced Dagger Wielding and Fatal Strike.
Jinwoo believe his current power level is in-between B-Rank and A-Rank. Suddenly, the System alert’s him. He’s eligible for the Job Change Quest. Jinho’s big spending intrigues Ahn Sangmin and the other top members of the White Tiger Guild. Jinwoo may want to remain anonymous but his near death escapes and other escapes are starting to pile up. Ahn decides to head to gate to check out Jinwoo. He sees the crew around the C-Rank gate and correctly deduces that Jinwoo is doing the dungeon solo. Ahn wants to recruit him for their Guild.
