Rice Cooker Luncheon Meat & Egg Rice 午餐肉蛋饭【电饭锅食谱】


A yummy and easy rice cooker recipe ~ Luncheon Meat & Egg Rice, cook with simple ingredients you probably have in the pantry. I added some mushrooms since I had some in the fridge to clear, you can omit it as the rice already tastes good on its own!

1 small can (200g) Luncheon Meat, cut into cubes 

2 Cold Eggs

4 Mushrooms (optional)

1 cup Rice

1 cup Water

1 tsp Sesame Oil

2 tbsp Oyster Sauce

1 tbsp Mirin/ Rice Wine

1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce

Method:

1. Place all ingredients into the rice cooker pot.

2. Select <RICE> <STANDARD>. 

3. When the cooking has completed, peel the eggs and serve warm.
