The only Bearenstain Bears character that sounds like a McDonald’s menu item
They changed Miz MicGrizz's name because Papa already mentioned Miz McGrizz in an earlier episode as someone he cared about, so I guess they didn't want it to be a continuity error that he thought she was an "old grouch" in this episode. A pretty dumb reason anyway, because the episodes weren't in sequential order in the first place (Sister was shown entering third grade after she was already implied to be in third grade in earlier episodes, and there were multiple Summer vacation episodes randomly placed in while the cubs were still in same grade for the entire show), so the show wasn't in chronological order anyway.

One difference you didn’t cover they gave Miz Mcgrizz a Canadian accent when in the book she never had a transcribed accent. I’m ok with a character with an accent in an adaption if the accent was in the original version. I prefer the book name because it sounds better on the tongue. I’m ok with them removing Quennie because she didn’t do much and barley contributed to the plot.

In retrospect the voice acting was never that good (except for having pre Scott Pilgrim vs the world Michael Cera, Scott Pilgrim vs the world is a great introduction to cult cinema)

LOL the animation is on the level of a Captain Underpants flip-o-rama. Also if brother likes dancing in the costume why does he not like to dance in “Gotta Dance” sorry I’m a stickler for continuity.

Great idea series! IMO the Arthur tv show was more faithful to the books than the Berenstain Bears (for both series') look forward to more episodes like this with the glorious Gimmies and Blooper episodes 😛

hey dan this is the best video ever, but I'll be honest in I had no interest of the crappy 2003 berenstain bears series because it makes me feel like I'm watching "Arthur", and "king of the hill", which also hate those shows, but worst, the animation is garbage, the voice acting and the music is terrible. and the 1985 CBS cartoon is ok but not my favorite but at least the music is good. but anyways I'll rather watch "ren and stimpy", "the early Simpson's episodes", "tiny toon adventures", "beavis and butthead", "early family guy episodes", and some early "spongebob" episodes", over this crappy 2003 berenstain bears crap. I'm sorry dan but this is my opinion.
