What surprises me the most about this is that Jack can still find clothes in his size
Man what. How does Jack both strangely enjoy the crowds reaction but also doesn’t care about anybody but yujiros reaction? That’s such a glaring contradiction, feels like the author is just writing it as he goes instead of thinking about it at all.
Jack has never been a monster or evil. He always had a kind heart, in fact he does not want to be the strongest either. Jack fights to avenge his mother. A perfect example is when he refused to kill an innocent dog just to prove his biting power. He is not going to kill or cripple the brother of the doctor who has helped him with all his drugs and procedures.
Kosho being totally fine after the Jack fight is a little bit of a letdown

I'm surprised we haven't gotten a video game for this Era of Baki i.e., theirs so many cool fighters, and it could have ending cutscenes like with Mortal Kombat after you beat Yujiro.
I think Doppo and Katsumi would both be interesting opponents for Jack Hanma
the former was not only able to take on a Death Row inmate too, Dorian (who I'd argue is stronger than Sikorsky given he actually fought his Doppo up until his breakdown) but even push Yujiro Hanma to unleash the Demon Back.
Meanwhile, Katsumi still has both Retsu's arm (including remnant muscle Memory) and also took on Pickle, that experience alone will be more than helpful fighting Jack, whose style is similar albeit less primitive to Pickles, hopefully they don't have a kiss off too
Honestly Jack should test his mettle against Biscuit Oliva in the future too, though I'd prefer if it were a draw or something to show both their growth.

Baki is right because Jack is still holding on in his full potential, remember that he fights only to showcase his Goudou and with Nomi he showed a bit of his striking too because he was a respectable strong opponent for him, Jack definitely has more secrets up to his sleeve, who knows, maybe a demon back too? We will see in the future.

Maybe Yujiro meant "eat sometfing soft"
1. just softer food to relax his jaw and learn to rest, perhaps relaxing is essential.
2. Maybe he meant some opponent a sof fleshed creature or fighter. Did he just say to challenge someone with soft flesh? Maybe someone old like Shibukawa or kaku etc.
3. Most likely joking about biting opponents, time to eat some soft food as in normal meal 😂also relax part was part of joke, time for a brake son enough training, fighting etc. u can relax, I won't attack u😂
This arc ends with jack dying after actually beating yujiro. It's all set up and I love it.

I think Yujiro telling Jack to eat something soft every once in awhile is him tryna make sure that Jack still takes care of himself to maintain some health that isn’t just his steroid usage of body augmentation. It’s also possible that Yujiro can acknowledge that even if the teeth are artificial they can eventually dull out, he’d probably want Jack to maintain the sharpness of his teeth and perhaps even the relaxing of his jaws before it backfires on him either but not biting through something fast enough or the jaw muscles not forcing enough to complete a bite.

ngl Jack is my favorite character and idk if i like some aspects of the story so far. Yujiro Hanma is a monster and has done horrible things yet Baki and now seemingly Jack are forgiving him for those things. I can somewhat understand Baki forgiving Yujiro as Yujiro has not been as evil to Baki as he had been to Jack, but Jack should still absolutely hate him more than anything and not desire his approval at all.

Honestly I’m proud of our guy Jack. He’s come a long way from L’s and Drugs. The parallels are uncanny with him and yuijiro. I stand by my previous prediction that it’s possible that he will “beat” his dad but not officially much like Baki did. Perhaps he’ll even manage to damage him in someway that affects the Ogre. Jacks only obstacle now is his personal side dealing with Yuijiro. Hopefully he doesn’t fail

Personally I think it'd make a great deal of sense for Doppo to be Jack's next opponent. And here's why, we actually got some possible foreshadowing of this in prior chapters. When Jack was speaking with Mitsunari he himself said that Tigers/Lions I forget exactly which are mere infants in terms of the biting world. They are just acting out on instinct alone where his Martial Arts is entirely different. Maybe I'm reading to closely between the lines but if it was a form of foreshadowing then it will be inevitable that Jack and Doppo square off. And I for one personally can't wait for such a climatic clash
