Can we at least all remember that there are people..thousands of people that sleep rough in the UK..I was one of them..if I was fortunate to have a tent that didn’t get stolen or dumped by the council, I was fine..when I didn’t have a tent ..I woke up in doorways with snow on my sleeping bag in the winter and leaves in the autumn..I had a boyfriend who always stayed with me but it was still hard work..to basically fit in as human beings..homelessness was not our fault by the way..but I learned a lot from the experience ..look out your windows now and know there are so many out there trying to sleep on concrete, amongst rats etc. it is what it is, and when you’re thrust into this situation, there is no choice but to just get on with it..sending love to anyone on road atm..I am fortunate to have got help and was then able to find work, but I know..and will always try to appreciate the positives of the experience, as well as the luxury of heating, running water, electric and a bed ..I learned so much and it will never leave me Good luck BB housemates xx 🍀🥰
