Ugh, to sleep in my childhood bed one more time, swim with my siblings in the pool one last time, play with my childhood friend one last time before she leaves, or visit my childhood home one last time. All I want is to relive my childhood. This time, I'm going to cherish it and appreciate every second of it. I won't tell my mum that I want to grow up and become an adult asap. I won't tell my younger siblings that I don't want to play with them because I'm too old (I am not) for these childish games. I will no longer think that adulthood is so cool.

I love this song so much especially the part ”your braids like a pattern love you to the moon and Saturn”. Probably one of the best lyrics I’ve ever heard, it makes me smile every time. I’m from berks county Pennsylvania and I also make music and yea I was born here and when I was 7 i literally used to were 2 braids every day so I actually love all the nostalgia she included in this song. I can relate to slot of her songs in general but this one will always have a special place in my🫶. Music always heals some things that just can’t be healed other ways.

This is the last song Amanda sent me before the head on collision took her from us last week, on her mom’s birthday. She was my best friend and sister in law.
