I don't believe this was a relationship in any sense other than she was his healer. When he moved into his own place in LA she was probably helping him decorate and they've known each other a long time so of course, there is some affectionate hugging between them, but never have they been sighted kissing or even holding hands. Shawn really packed on the PDA with Camila, and there has been nothing close between him and another person since.
