The football can be delightful for 35-45 mins but tell me 3-4 games that we dominated and played like a superior team should for the entire 90 against what are some of the worse Championship teams I’ve seen. Been slated by mates when I was saying this during our winning run but the performances were never complete and too many games relied on individuals doing something special and that’s what dug Farke out for a long time. I’m afraid I was right though I didn’t want to be. I don’t think it’s over. This squad still has the quality that is needed to turn this poorly timed blip around. Asked if I thought we could still get auto promoted my answer is win all three and we may just might. Farke was the best available at the time but long term, not so sure as he clearly doesn’t learn and despite his CV is limited. Give this squad to a number of other managers and they would’ve been as equally successful. We move on. Let’s Go.
From a blackburn point of view, it was a smash and grab from us. But your two wingers struggled with the double up on both sides and a lack of help from the defence/midfield to get out of the press. Carter and Wharton are great defenders, and with leadership from mcfazden/hyam, they were set up to defend the box and hit the counter. Our goal was a work of art, and most teams would've struggled to stop it. For Leeds, there looked a lack of teamwork from the attackers, and there's a mismanagement with the attacking players who seem to do what they want.
Good video, Gabe. Sadly, this is where we're at- a stubborn manager with no real system of play, just reliant on quality players and when they're marked out of the game (Summerville, Rutter) it just doesn't work. Gutted.
All you have to do with Summerville is stop him cutting in on to his right foot. He stops, shimmies and tries to cut inside on his right foot constantly, ignores runs overlap him from Firpo. Could see Firpo’s frustration of not being okayed in time and time again. Rutter just holds the ball up and try’s to turn constantly. These players have been sussed out by opponents. Gray to me doesn’t create nothing, whether it’s right back or midfield. Ampudu would be better in midfield and create more. Robert’s and Gnonto were a good choice for me and were to me, two of our better players.
when the going gets tough the tough get going in my opinion that says every thing about Farke. he's an average manager with a very good championship team unfortunately the team are not carrying him anymore
Ive said it on here before but Patrick Bumford is a liability to this Leeds team Rutter off Bumford on, the Blackburn defence must have been rubbing their hands together..left out at the start then Joseph must start with his pace..Bumford wouldnt score in a brotel with a million pound tied to his cxxx
Finish not good enough, even though we’ve got the finishers. Also we need to play long balls more over the defenders instead of tight passes. It just doesn’t work, even more so when other teams now know how to keep it tight against us. Subs on far too later yet again. Willy should have stayed on too!

We are better without the ball, less possession and fast counter attacks suit our fast attackers. We don't have the ability to beat a low block.

Too much expectation on the likes of Summerville, we need a player like Pablo that can have a big influence on some of our young players.
In true Leeds style we have messed up automatic and probably will be a repeat in the play offs
