The problem with non compete agreements is that, in many, if you are let go/fired…you cannot work for another company in that space for a certain amount of time. So, imagine you are a manager in telecom sales or social media marketing. Your 10 years of experience is in that industry. If they lay you off, you can’t work for a company that your experience matches. You can’t move to theatres role somewhere else in your industry. It makes it super hard to get the next job as companies in other industries aren’t sure your experience works for them.
Why do people get so wrapped around the axle? Politics are so ugly you do you boo I love listening to another informed side versus being so polarizing.
Here's the thing about RFK jr that he refuses to tell his supporters, and it really is the ONLY thing that matters…. there is no way for a third party candidate to ever win the election because of the constraints of the ELECTORAL COLLEGE. There is no way to bypass that mess without changing the Constitution (good luck with that). Mr. Kennedy's campaign is an ego stroke, nothing more. His entire family is refusing to vote for him…. does that say anything to you? It's simple . Unless you vote FOR Biden… go third party, write-in, don't vote at all etc….all of those choices are votes FOR Trump. If you feel like living under a dictatorship vote for RFK or West or whoever. It's all a vote for Trump. One last thing to keep in mind for those of you not really paying attention…. If Trump wins, he will never leave and this will be the last time ever you will be allowed to vote. So, there's that to consider.
I watched that show (don't want to ruin who it is), anyway I noticed nothing, but I wouldn't be surprised. My only observation was that she must watch her other interviews to repeat her lines🙄
