Whatever was in the basement was clearly targeting Stas. Thankfully nothing terrible happened but I was so concerned for her safety during this. I don't have full psychic/medium abilities, but I have almost like a supernatural sense of where the spirits are if that makes sense. I've seen a video of mediums reacting to this and they could actually see The Beast in the Devil's Rocking Chair. I couldn't see it, but I felt a strong presence from the chair, like I could almost see it. Since she is a medium who can see spirits, I'm surprised Amanda couldn't see the beast. Maybe she did see it and didn't say anything for everyone's protection, but I feel like if she had seen it, she would've said something. And when Stas was in the basement I could feel the energy was centered around her and her only. I do not believe the spirit had good intentions for Stas. It recognized her fear of being unprotected and was targeting her and it weakened her defenses more by talking to her, trying to draw her in. I am so glad she got out of that house because whatever was there was after her. I 1000% agree that she got mentally manipulated into believing she could stand in the circle and be safe. That is so unlike Stas. That is not like her at all to be that open and daring to do stuff like that. She is more sensitive to this stuff. I'm not saying she is weak, but I don't believe she has the mental strength to be in the circle, or in the rocking chair. She was a hundred percent manipulated into believing she was strong enough to do that, and thankfully she didn't. If she had, I do believe something would have attacked her, hurt her or attached itself to her. I believe Stas potentially has a form of psychic/medium gift because she is always so sensitive to these experiences, often being the one to see and hear the most. She just needs to unlock that gift, learn how to wield it and how to protect herself before she does anything like standing in the middle of a pentagram.
