We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to share an important update regarding Accounting For Good’s leadership.
Accounting For Good has proudly been dedicated to serving the not-for-profit sector since 1997. Our journey has been one of continuous growth and development, and it is with great excitement and gratitude that we announce a significant transition in our leadership.
After 15 years with Accounting for Good, including 7 years as CEO, I have decided to move on. From 1 December, Carol Tran and Paula Chegwidden will jointly take up the role of co-CEO. Carol and Paula have been with AFG since 2018 and will be known to many of our clients. I am delighted to be succeeded by two people who share the values and culture of AFG and know the NFP sector and our services so well.
I have had the privilege of working alongside a remarkable team and building Accounting For Good into the organisation it is today.
Together, we have expanded our reach and better served the incredible organisations, like yours that make such a profound impact in our communities.
With the growth and maturity of our business, I am confident now is a good time to hand over to the next generation of leaders who have been instrumental in our success. This CEO transition to two highly valued, long-term senior members of our team represents a strategic move to ensure the continued excellence of our services and the sustainability of our commitment to the not-for-profit sector.
Rest assured, our mission of supporting not-for-profit organisations remains unwavering. Our team will continue to provide the same level of dedication, expertise, and personalised service that you have come to expect from Accounting For Good.
