small aperture is a good choice for lights with a star effect! so we can see them beautifully! you used 3 exposures for this one, so there is no problem about the exposure and I can say that I could never understand if you didn’t tell me. congrats for pro PS work! actually I try to say something as a critic, but there is none! only it could be perfectly symmetrical! but that don’t matter!!!

I think it has pretty cool symmetry, the exposure is great and I think the desaturated look is perfect!! Not to mention the superb starbursts!! :)))

Sure worth your effort…I love the curving lights at the top, great juxtaposition between the straight traffic lines.
