The VRC chief executive is farewelling his luxury Toorak penthouse

The Victoria Racing Club’s outgoing chief executive Steve Rosich and wife Melissa are hoping to rein in a $5.1m-$5.3m price for their Toorak penthouse.

Rosich, who announced his resignation from the VRC last month after four years, remains in the role as the search for his replacement continues.

He also spent 11 years as the Fremantle Dockers’ chief executive, appointing Ross Lyon – now St Kilda’s coach – as coach in 2011.

Ms Rosich has three daughters, including model Mila who made headlines earlier this year for dating cryptocurrency entrepreneur Bijan Tehrani.

Tehrani co-founded an online crypto gambling platform alongside Australia’s youngest billionaire Edward Craven.

Craven famously set Victoria’s house price record when he splashed $80,000,088 on a Toorak mansion in 2022.

Another of Ms Rosich’s daughters, Lexi, also a model, is engaged to the Western Bulldogs’ forward Rory Lobb.

CoreLogic records show the Rosichs purchased their three-bedroom penthouse at 2 Brookville Rd, Toorak, for $3.98m in 2020.

Kay & Burton’s Andrew Sahhar declined to comment on the owners but said the property featured views of Melbourne’s skyline, plus a dining room containing a wet bar and 300-bottle wine rack.

“Offering the entire top floor of the boutique block of five, this luxurious penthouse boasts skyline vistas and spacious interiors,” Mr Sahhar said.

“It offers plenty of room for entertaining and three terraces, meaning it appeals to a broad demographic, especially to those looking for a low-maintenance home.”
