Malaysia Airlines Launches Two New Enrich Features: Tier Points Rollover & Mid-Tier Booster
Malaysia Airlines launched two new features to its Enrich Frequent Flier program this past week: Tier Carry Forwards and Mid-Tier Booster.
Enrich members can now roll over excess Tier Points (a maximum of 50% of the qualification requirement) to the next year, and there are now additional “boosters” for those crediting various transactions to the program.

Tier Carry Forward (Excess Tier Points Rollover):
This benefit will allow Elite Points in excess of the required qualification for the renewal or upgrade of tier status to be carried forward to the next calendar year. Enrich will roll over excess Elite Points up to 50% of requalification requirement.
The eligibility for Tier Carry Forward will be determined based on the earned Enrich Member’s tier and the credited Elite Points as of 31 December. Enrich Members can view their carried-forward Elite Points from 2023 (if any) by accessing their account in Enrich Online.
Mid-Tier Booster:
This benefit is available to Enrich members who attain a certain milestone of cumulative Enrich Base Points within their tier. These points are earned through various activities such as flying with Malaysia Airlines, oneworld airlines, partner airlines, converting bank points or other loyalty points to Enrich, or purchasing products and services from our lifestyle partners.
Upon reaching the specified milestone, member unlock additional rewards. These may include bonus Enrich Points, bonus Elite Points and complimentary lounge access. Enrich Members can view their accumulated Base Points in current year by accessing their account in Enrich Online.
Conclusion
It makes sense for Malaysia Airlines to offer Tier Points rollover and additional bonuses for those who continue to credit various transactions into the program.
At least, this time, these Enrich enhancements are all positive.
