Whenever I make the pizza dough, I use a Bob’s Redmill artisan bread flour. For the sauce, I use Greenwise tomato basil sauce. I top it off with shredded mozzarella and parmesan, sliced green bell peppers, sliced black olives, and sometimes onion and a bit of Italian seasoning. It is delicious and rivals restaurant quality according to my sister. Feel free to try it. Trust me, you will love it!
