- 4 oz cheddar
- 4 oz white cheddar
- ⅓ cup red onion
- 4-5 mini bell peppers
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
HOW DO I MAKE MARINATED CHEESE & PEPPERS?
Start by chopping the onion, slicing the peppers in half, and cutting the cheese into small cubes.
Place the chopped ingredients in an airtight container.
Top the chopped ingredients with olive oil, white vinegar, oregano, basil and minced garlic. Shake well and place in your refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
