- 3-4 large russet potatoes
- 1 cup water

HOW DO I MAKE INSTANT POT BAKED POTATOES?
Place the metal trivet inside your Instant Pot. Pour 1 cup of water in the bottom.
Prick the potatoes with a fork, then place them on the trivet.
Close lid, seal the steam release valve, and cook on High Pressure for 20 minutes.
Once the cooking time is complete, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
Carefully remove the potatoes from the Instant Pot and garnish with your favorite toppings.
