Years since I’ve seen one of these in the UK, then! Two at once!
Clouded Yellow (Colias croceus). A migratory European butterfly and regular visitor to the UK. Not the sharpest shot, I know, but it is a tricky insect to get an image of the upper wings.
Seen in West Sussex on the chalk slopes of Kingley Vale on a sunny September day.
