A  surprising hibiscus colour change, rooted in Science

The hibiscus plant, which usually bears orange blossoms put out a red one today. Joy explained that the plant was cloned from a red hibiscus whose genes were manipulated so that it bloomed beautiful orange but every now and then it reverts to its original colour.
