NIGERIAN FOOD TIMETABLE FOR STUDENTS


I got a tweet a few weeks back requesting for a food timetable for students and I had to oblige! It’s free and I hope it is a useful resource for students (please share). For non-students you can download my extensive food time table HERE – you will get meal ideas and Inspo that will last you for months! Here’s a sample Nigerian food timetable for students:

Breakfast: Akara and Bread (Risky burger)

LunchNoodle & Chopped Vegetables + Egg

Dinner: Fish Stew & Sweet Potato

Breakfast: Dodo and Scrambled Eggs 

Lunch: Stewed Beans and Ijebu Garri ( I had to be specific lol)

Dinner: Stir fry Macaroni

Breakfast: Moi Moi (bean pudding) & Oats

Lunch: Ofada Rice with dodo. 

Dinner: Eba and Ogbono Soup.

Breakfast: Custard & Akara

Lunch: Beans & Dodo

Dinner: Spaghetti & Boiled Egg

Breakfast: Akamu (pap) with milk and sugar. 

Lunch: Ogbono Soup & Fufu

Dinner: Jollof Spaghetti

Breakfast: French Toast + grapes

Lunch: Fish Stew & Sweet Potato

Dinner: Fufu and Ogbono Soup.

Breakfast: Boiled Yam with Scrambled eggs

Lunch: Rice and fish stew + steamed carrots

Dinner: Eba and Ogbono Okra soup. (Add Okra on the 3rd day and watch your soup come back to life!)

This sample food timetable provides a balanced and nutritious diet for students. It includes a variety of staple foods, vegetables, and protein sources. It can be adjusted to suit individual preferences and dietary restrictions.
