SLIPKNOT Announces One-Off Show At A Very Small Californian Venue For This Week

[ad_1]

It’s been a huge day for Slipknot fans. First came the news that Eloy Casagrande (formerly of Sepultura) is very likely the band’s new drummer, and now fans can look forward to an exceptionally small show in California!

According to Slipknot‘s You Can’t Kill Me website, they’ll debut their new drummer during a very small show at the Pappy + Harriet’s venue in Pioneertown, CA on April 25. Tickets are $9 and will go on sale starting at noon PST today, so make sure you’re online and ready – these are bound to go fast! All the information is available here.

And just how small is Pappy + Harriet’s? According to IndieOnTheMove, the venue hosts 350 people outside and 850 inside. So yeah, it’s small.

“$9 Tickets. 2 Tickets Per Person. No refunds, no transfers,” wrote Slipknot of the show. “Extremely limited tickets. Find all the rules, regulations, and event details at the link below before purchasing. Available at Pappy + Harriet’s box office located in the Beer Garden, 12pm – 2pm PST today, and available online here at 12pm PST [here].”

All ticket proceeds go to Joshua Tree No Kill Shelter and BOYS & GIRLS CLUB of the Hi Desert. Pappy + Harriet’s will also match Slipknot‘s donation up to $5,000, and will split the proceeds between the two charities.

It’s also probably safe to assume that this is what the billboard in California was referring to, and that the band will be playing their 1999 self-titled debut album in full.
