Pre-Ordering Meals on Air Transat
Enhance your Air Transat flight experience by pre-ordering a meal from their Bistro menu.
Available for Economy Class passengers on select flights, this service allows you to choose from exclusive meal options for a fee.
Eligibility for Pre-Ordering
Pre-ordering is available up to 72 hours before your flight’s departure.
The service is offered on flights lasting three hours or longer to the South (excluding Peru), the United States, or within Canada.
Manage Your Booking
Click on ‘Manage My Booking’ and enter your flight details, including your First and Last Name, Booking Number, and Departure Date.
Select Your Meal
In the ‘Manage My Booking’ section, locate and tap on ‘Select Your Meal’.
Make Your Choice
Browse the meals available for pre-order. When you’ve found your preferred option, tap on it and then tap on ‘validate’.
Confirm and Pay
Enter your payment information. Once the transaction is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email detailing your pre-order.
Remember, exclusive pre-order meals are not available on certain routes, so check the availability for your specific flight when making your selection. Pre-ordering ensures that you get the meal you want, all while enjoying savings and helping Air Transat in their efforts to reduce food waste.
