ULD specialist Jettainer has appointed Dr Gert Pfeifer to the newly created role of general manager for Europe.
Dr Pfeifer is an experienced aviation expert and joined Jettainer 15 years ago. He has held a variety of leadership roles in IT and operations over the years at the company, most recently a head of operational excellence supply chain.
Dr Pfeifer’s new responsibilities will include developing and implementing a regional sales and operations strategy for Europe to enhance and ensure the market-driven and reliable ULD management service at all times.
Jettainer says the new position was created to align with the company’s sales and organisational strategy for Europe with regional market requirements and the group’s overarching commercial strategy.
Dr. Pfeifer and his teams will handle all aspects of customer relations in the region, including sales, operations, and customer service.
