This will be me by February 2025. I started ketogenic diet and IF in February of this year and I have not looked back. I never thought I could go that long without rice, pasta, eba etc. Its been 2months plus now and am sti ll going strong. I am more determined than ever. I have lost so much weight that my old clothes from 2017 and 2018 are already beginning to fit. I dont think I will need 1year to get to my desired weight cos I was not anywhere near this lady’s size. I have completely changed my life in 2months. No more insomnia, no more arthritis, no more inflammation all over my body. No more insulin resistance. I feel so different. My meals consist of lots of avocados, vegetables, chicken breast, coconut oil, avocado oil, olive oil. I eat lots of wraps these days and surprisingly I am satisfied. I eat tortilla wraps twice a week just to get some little carbs into my sydtem. I eat strictly okro and vegetable soups with coconut flour as swallow. I eat lots of eggs, about 6 a day on some days, mayonnaise, No starches, no sugars, no milk, lots of cheese though. Lots of good clean water, Lots of salmon and other oily fish, shaki, liver etc. Honestly you can do it if you set your mind to it and just remain consistent. I swore I didnt want surgery so this is my only way out and I am not stopping until I achieve my desired weight of 140lbs. So help me God.
