Janet stated that she did not have a good experience making this video with Michael. Michael completely ignored Janet the entire production of the music video. Janet was physically separated from Michael when they weren't filming. The crew refused to tell her why it was happening & refused to let her near Michael. If Michael wanted to tell Janet something he would send a middle man to deliver his message to Janet. Janet said she felt very hurt & isolated.
