When creating a complete meal pattern, always think “do I have a diverse plate?” Below are some additional

Your meal should include:

1. Proteins

2. Carbs

3. Fruits and vegetables (mainly vegetables)

4. Healthy fats

*Tip: when creating snacks, attempt to have 2-3 food groups!    Example:  peanut + apple

*And don’t forget your water!! *
