It’s time to rank your carriers!
Inside Logistics has opened voting for the 23rd edition of the annual Shippers’ Choice Awards!
The survey sets benchmarks for six key performance indicators relating to the service provided by carriers across all modes of freight transportation.
The survey is conducted on behalf of Inside Logistics magazine by Bramm Research and in partnership with the Freight Management Association of Canada and CITT.
Your feedback will help us set benchmarks for carrier service in every mode, and identify Canada’s best carriers. The results will be published in the July-August 2024 issue of Inside Logistics.
The survey will ask you to rate the importance of six key performance indicators, and how influential they are in your selection of suppliers for each mode of transport.
The second step will involve rating up to THREE of your TOP suppliers in each mode, in these same six performance categories. This information will allow us to compare the overall quality of service for each mode, and to identify the country’s leading suppliers.
In the final section of the survey, you will be asked some questions about your company.
Please be assured, your individual answers will be held in strict confidence.
Also, remember to fill out the respondent information at the end of the survey if you would like to be entered in a draw for a $500 prize.
