- sour cream
- cream cheese
- cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack cheese – yum!

- Add sour cream and cream cheese to a medium mixing bowl. Beat to combine until smooth. Add one envelope of taco seasoning – mixing until combined.
- Spread into bottom of 9×9 pan and refrigerate.
- Then In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excesss grease. Add water and 1 envelope taco seasoning; cook until thickened. Cool slightly.
- Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with shredded cheese, tomatoes, cilantro and olives. Serve with your favorite chips and enjoy!
