Aer Lingus relaunch Bristol Airport to Cork flights


Aer Lingus Regional has relaunched regular flights from Bristol Airport to Cork, the flights will operate 6 times a week every day apart from a Saturday. The flights are operated by Emerald Airlines the company behind Aer Lingus Regional. This route has been highly anticipated by passengers at both Bristol and Cork who have been wanting these flights to return for some time.

The airline already operates flights from Bristol Airport to Dublin with its fleet of ATR 72 aircraft, the additional flights will see the aircraft type at Bristol Airport more often. Aer Lingus Regional operate a fleet of 15 ATR 72-600 aircraft.

Bristol Airport commented “We are delighted to see the return of the Bristol – Cork flight.  Our partnership with Emerald Airlines, exclusive operator of the Aer Lingus Regional services, further strengthens the air links between the South West of England and Ireland, extending the options available to customers in the region when selecting to fly from their local airport.
