Have you made our cottage cheese flat bread? It’s absolutely delicious! It’s no wonder it was a viral recipe this summer. Nick loves it so much, we’ve been making it a few times a month!
This is a recipe that you can make in a batch. I’ll usually make two flat breads and then store them in the fridge for up to a week. Below are some simple tips.

Storing your Cottage Cheese Bread
The easiest way to store the cottage cheese bread is to cut it into strips or squares.
Let cool completely
Then layer it with small paper towel pieces in between and store in a ziplock bag in the fridge.
Nick will often skip the paper towel in between and just layer the bread in. Sometimes I don’t like how much moisture is attracted to the bread, but he doesn’t mind. The way you reheat it can help with the moisture.
We’ll usually store up to 5 days in the fridge in a ziplock bag or Tupperware.
