I was revisiting my Costa Rica shots and had forgotten about this one.
There was a hummingbird that kept coming to this flower. I believe it’s in the Ginger family. Anyway, I would wait and wait for the hummer to visit. Poised and ready.
Somehow, the timing of the hummer coincided with other guests at the park walking by and stepping in the way. Still the flower is beautiful and I snapped it without the hummer.
Although I found Costa Rica to be a wonderful place, I have no plans to revisit. I don’t travel a lot. Perhaps I will travel more when I decide to give up raising butterflies. Who know?
