Strange bit of old concrete foundation with rusty pipes, a hole, and a pair of metal boxes.This is on an open area of land just east of (across the street from) Chicago Read Mental Health Center, on property that was once part of the old Chicago State Hospital. The hole goes down deep, but I couldn’t see anything down in it.
