The Philadelphia Eagles are Super Bowl champions once again.
More Super Bowl: Fans React to Chiefs Already Getting Bailed Out by Refs vs Eagles in Super Bowl
The Eagles pounded the Kansas City Chiefs on the biggest stage in all of sports, 40-22.
The Eagles were dominant from the start. They were up big at halftime, and they did not look back. They stopped the Chiefs from becoming the first NFL team to win back-to-back-to-back Super Bowl titles.
While the Eagles were dialed in on all three phases, all credit will go to, and rightfully so, to the quarterback, specifically Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts.

Hurts not only won his first-ever Super Bowl title, but he came away with the Super Bowl MVP trophy as well.
The 26-year-old, who did not have a great individual 2024 season, was tremendous in the biggest game of the year.
Hurts ended the game by completing 17-fo-22 passes for 221 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception with a 119.7 passer rating. Not only did Hurts do it through the air, but he did so on the ground.
Hurts gave the Cheifs and Patrick Mahomes a taste of their own medicine by using his feet to keep plays alive and extend drives.
He finished the game as the game’s leading rusher with 72 yards on 11 carries. Hurts averaged 6.5 yards per carry, along with one rush touchdown. His length carry of the game was 17 yards.
The NFL is a quarterback-centric league, and while the Eagles’ defense dominated for the entire 60-game contest, they got this one right.
The vote for Super Bowl MVP consists partly of a fan vote and mostly of a vote by 16 media members.
Fans are responsible for 20 percent of the Super Bowl MVP vote on NFL.com. The remaining 80 percent of the vote is determined by 16 members of a media panel, who submit their ballots around the two-minute warning at the end of the game.
According to DraftKings Sportsbook, Hurts was the overwhelming favorite to win the award with -5000 odds with two minutes left in the game.
The former Crimson Tide and Sooner has experienced success before, but he is at the mountain top with the most talented team we have witnessed all season long.
