I‘m confused, “Ayuda por favor” is not Portuguese, that’s Spanish. So it means it must have happened in the Madrid stops. I’m super happy she learned to say it in the native language either way, that is very considerate.

I feel like giving a fan died during the concert last year in Brasil her team told her to be alert in case someone fainted or something and told her to ask for help (if that happened a 2nd time her image would suffer). It would need to be in portuguese in case the people working the venue couldn't understand english.
Listen, I'm not a hater but you guys need to stop seeing everything she does as saintly instead of calculated, I do think she is very nice but this seems more to protect her from backlash, and it still works a 100% in her favor by making her look good, you just gotta think if there could be any reason to do this apart from being a nice person
I think she has live pitch correction and backup vocals. She sings for three hours for tens of thousands of people multiple days in a row and moves around a lot while doing it. I don’t think it’s reasonable to expect her to not need a little aid in case there’s a note she doesn’t hit perfectly every time. I don’t think she lip syncs though.
