I was born into Christianity and I left Christianity after seeing the wrongs in it.
I challenged the elders and called them out on everything I saw as wrong. They wouldn't listen and I left. I still speak to anyone who will listen and tell the truth.

@Lubna.Candid I have a suggestion please. You need to pay attention to the coming meeting of Zak & George. That it should be done with a positive mind, meaning not to prove the other religion is wrong. I am not sure if they will do it therefore as usual I am asking you to be a bridge. You see Huston smith said well on the why Christianity, Islam and Buddhism came into existence. His answer was that Judaism being an ethnic religion ( need to be born to a Jew mother ) Jesus gave away the wisdom of Judaism to non-ethnic Jews which is obviously Romans and now the Europeans. In the same way Mohammed (pbuh) also did provide the religious wisdom of the Jews and Christians to the Arabs and called it Islam. In the same way Buddha broke way from Hinduism but took the teachings that is available to the Hindus and gave it to non-Hindu race which you can see now as Chinese, Japanese, Thailand people who have large Buddhist population. Sikhism too is for a certain type of people with their own way to God or freedom. So it is important to realize that all religions are there for a set of people but not for the entire humanity. But when Zak says that Islam was created because of corruption in Judaism and Christianity, I think he and whosoever thinks on that path are mistaken and with that idea there can never be universal brotherhood. The same can be said anyone who proposes that their religion is the only true religion. Finally religious practices must change with the changing times otherwise people will reject it and that religion may cease to exist. Please reply that you read this.
