I know this culture, I work in the healthcare sector. they will come after you like no other. most of them are insecure, some are racially motivated but most of them are followers. they're afraid that they might not be part of the group if they don't comply. it saddened me at times. however I alway felt sorry for them, for that reason I actually never fought back. they hated the look I gave. I tried to understand what makes an adult person to hate and attack a complete stranger. hate is a strong emotion state of being. who has time to give to a stranger. its a lot of work. so shilpa sit back and watch them crumble.

You could see how it dawned on her what she'd done. I don't think the apology was genuine at all, it was only done to try & backtrack the damage she'd done. But that was impossible.
Jo and Danielle were as obnoxious as Jade, they egged Jade on and supported her awful remarks by laughing and not saying to Jade, don't say those thing they will not go down well. Because they had some experience of media and fame they should have helped Jade instead of stabbing her in the back. Jade was not a celebrity and had no idea of what all this would lead to, she was a scapegoat. The things she said are said, and worse in pubs and clubs all over the world, but Jade had no idea the strength of aggression that would follow. The 3 bully girls (Jo, Jade and Danielle) are all likely average (potentially slightly less) IQ (95-100).
Shilpa was more than likely 130-140. Not only does she have insane emotional intelligence to understand that this is a bigger issue with the girls than her, isn't actually that phased after (because she knows she's right) and still has the intelligence to accept why they are doing it. An incredible woman.
The irony that most people forget is that she's bilingual as well. English is most likely not her first language but she actually is more articulate than the 3 bullies. If she spoke in her native tongue, she would be even more articulate.
As a result, these 3 saw her as a threat. That, and she was different, it's common for people to attack those they don't understand. That's why the bulling is almost so magnetic only to Shilpa because it's just a female instinct (for certain women).

Shilpa is a woman any man on this planet would die for to have as a partner shes very fit and still is at 47, its a good life experience she came from India to the uk to experience something new 16 years ago it didnt go down well with the show in 2007 but she has a very strong heart for forgives and remain close friends with Jermain, H and Danielle and Jade!
