OMG, for the first time I watched this and think that the back rub was in response to Frankie laughing at Zach trolling Caleb. As soon as Z says "you want to take A to Germany", it looks and sounds like Frankie snickered. I think Z started rubbing Frankie's back to silently let him know he was trolling the shit out of Caleb, but mostly because they're boyfriendsAF.
