41 Heyington Place, Toorak, is being sold by Realisation Par’s co-founder Teale Talbot.

Popular womenswear label Realisation Par’s co-founder Teale Talbot is looking to fashion a $5.7m-$6.1m sale for her Toorak house.

Teale established the cult brand, for which she serves as chief executive and design director, with her friend Alexandra Spencer in 2015.

Celebrities from actor Margot Robbie to model Emily Ratakowkski, socialite Hailey Bieber and singer-songwriter Olivia Rodrigo have been photographed wearing the label’s clothing.

Other high-profile fans include model Bella Hadid, Kate Moss’s daughter Lila Moss, plus model and actor Kaia Gerber.

Realisation Par also has more than 745,000 Instagram followers and established its first permanent store in London this year, after building the brand online and in pop ups.

The label currently has limited edition Elvis Presley and David Bowie-themed collections.

Talbot’s three-bedroom property at 41 Heyington Place features European-inspired interiors and gardens by famous landscape designer Paul Bangay.
