A spectacular Bearii home at 185 Morgans Mill Rd is where Josh Miller and Steph Claire-Smith’s romance blossomed.

Fitness influencer Steph Miller’s husband Josh Miller is selling his family’s more than 100ha property three hours north of Melbourne with its own pristine golf course.

Josh is the founder of sunglasses company Soda Shades, while Steph, also known as Steph Clare Smith, is the co-founder of the fitness app Kic and also co-hosts the Kic Podcast, or ‘KICPOD’, with Laura Henshaw.

Owned and built up by Josh’s family over the past 20 years, the seven-bedroom house ‘Clarendon Eyre’ at 185 Morgans Mill Rd, Bearii, is listed with an $8m-$8.8m asking range.

Mr Miller said the Murray River property was special to him because it was where Steph and he met, got engaged and had their wedding.

“It’s very sentimental outside of just being a beautiful property,” he said.

“It holds almost all my memories, from being a little boy growing up riding dirt bikes, and I’m now 33 so it’s had a massive part in my life.”

Upon entry, emerald green fairways span about 16ha and surround a turquoise blue ornamental lake in front of the home.

A weatherboard house was trucked in from Malvern and connected to the former Mornington Art Gallery to create the expansive main residence, which includes a ten-car garage.

The impressive home is an amalgamation of two residences that were relocated to the estate.

The house is joined by a pool, tennis court, a lake and golf course.

Timber floors, porcelain benchtops and a Sonos sound system are featured throughout the abode.

There’s also a 22m pool, spa, tennis court, Olympic built-in trampoline, cinema and a double-door machinery shed.

But after developing the compound to what it was today with his father and brother, Mr Miller said it was time for his family to move onto another project and pass the private “oasis” on to another family.

The home is within chipping range of the golf course.

“When you’re there, you just feel like you could be anywhere in the world, really,” he said.

“It’s got 35 palm trees on the property which aren’t native to the area that we’ve brought it. So it’s got a really resort, tropical feel to a bush landscape in Australia. It’s super unique.”

Forbes Global Properties Australia listing agent Nathan Verwoert said the Miller’s family farm had been developed into a “private sanctuary on the Murray”.

He said there weren’t many homes across Australia that had their own golf coast, which the family maintained perfectly.

The home comes with its own cinema for a cool space to relax after a game of golf.

Entertaining is a breeze in the home’s impressive open-plan living zones.

“I’ve been doing this for over a decade now, and that is one of the best pieces of real estate that I’ve ever come across; it’s that good,” Mr Verwoert said.

He added that prospective homebuyers could keep the property for their own enjoyment or turn it into a venue; there were lots of things they could do with it.

“If you’re looking for something that’s just incredibly private, all of your own and you can enjoy as you please without the interrupted suburban life, it’s incredible,” he said.

“It’s something that has that wow factor that could grab international attention.”

Golf carts, ornamental trees and a striking lake are all just par for this course.
