Angel Olsen has released a cover of Lou Reed’s “I Can’t Stand It”—the opening song on the Velvet Underground singer’s debut solo album. She did the cover with Maxim Ludwig, the Los Angeles singer-songwriter with whom she toured last year. Listen to the track below.
Olsen and Ludwig made their cover for the forthcoming compilation The Power of the Heart: A Tribute to Lou Reed. The 12-song album—out April 20—features additional contributions from Keith Richards, Rufus Wainwright, and more.
