Marriott Homes & Villas just launched its fourth promotion of 2024, offering members double points on stays of two or more nights. To qualify, you’ll need to register and book your stay before April 20, 2024 for stays until September 30, 2024. We’ve seen this offer before, although each iteration seems to have slightly different terms. Here are the full details.

Double Points on 2+ Night Stays Homes & Villas Promotion
The last offer had 3x points on stays of three or more nights. Even though this offer is only 2x, it’s not bad, as you can still earn up to 19.75 points per dollar; plus, you’ll earn bonus points on two-night stays, which you couldn’t in the last promotion.
Through April 20, 2024, Marriott Bonvoy members can register and then book a stay of two or more nights to earn double points on the stay. Unlike recent Marriott Homes & Villas promotions, travelers don’t have to spend a certain dollar amount on the stay to qualify for the bonus earnings.
Members must complete the stay by September 30, 2024 to qualify — a longer timeframe than some of these promotions offer.
Members get double base points on bookings. That means 10x base points instead of 5x. Elite members will get up to a 75% elite bonus on base earnings, but this bonus isn’t doubled.
In addition, travelers with Marriott Bonvoy credit cards can get up to 6x points on their purchase, depending on which card they use for payment. That means top-tier Marriott Bonvoy elites could get up to 19.75 points per dollar spent by maximizing this promotion:

Our Take
Marriott Bonvoy just launched its latest Homes & Villas promotion, offering double points on stays over the next few months, assuming you book by April 20. Double base points is a recurring offer from Homes & Villas, although there’s no minimum spend and only a two-night minimum stay this time around.
Recently, we’ve seen Homes & Villas offer back-to-back promotions. That means you might want to wait for the next offer if you’d earn more points through a different, yet reoccurring promotion — such as 10,000 bonus points for spending $1,000+ on a three-night stay.
It’s also important to note that Marriott doesn’t directly manage the homes in this program. Instead, Marriott is just connecting you with third-party property management companies. This means standards can vary across properties, so do your research on the properties before booking your stay.
