Preheat and Prepare:
Begin by heating your Traeger grill to 400°F. Meanwhile, slice the peppers in half, removing the stems and seeds.
Grill the Peppers:
Place the pepper halves on a grill-safe baking sheet lined with non-stick foil or parchment. Grill for 20-25 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
Steam:
After grilling, transfer the peppers to a large bowl and cover it with plastic wrap or place them in a paper bag and seal it. This step is crucial for steaming the peppers, making the skins easier to peel off.
Peel:
Once the peppers have steamed for 10-15 minutes, remove them from the container and gently peel away the skin. Discard the skin.

Preheat your grill to 400°F.
Slice the peppers in half and remove the stems and seeds.
Place the peppers onto a grill-safe baking sheet that’s covered in non-stick foil or parchment.
Place into the grill and let cook for 20-25 minutes. Flip halfway through the cook time.
Remove from the grill and place into a large bowl and cover in plastic wrap. A paper bag also works. Roll it shut to seal. You’re trying to steam the peppers.
Let the peppers steam for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from the container and peel off the skin and discard.
