Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 3 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 yellow onion diced (optional)
- 1 cup chunky salsa of choice
- ¼ cup water
- ½ cup Trader Joe’s corn salsa
- 1 bag Trader Joe’s avocado crunch salad
- 1 cup Trader Joe’s crunchy dippers
Instructions

Heat a skillet to medium-high heat. Add 1 tbsp olive oil.

Add the ground turkey to the skillet along with 3 tbsp taco seasoning. Brown the meat, breaking it up as it cooks.

Once the meat has started to brown, add the diced onion.

Continue to brown the meat until it is no longer pink and the onion is translucent.

Add the salsa and water and stir until well combined. Let the ground turkey simmer for 3-4 minutes until the mixture has thickened and then remove from the heat.

In a large bowl, add the avocado crunch salad and toss with ½ cup corn salsa and desired amount of dressing from the packet.

Divide the salad mixture among 4 bowls, top with ground turkey mixture, additional corn salsa (if desired), crunchy corn dippers and a drizzle of dressing (if you have any remaining).
