Toasted Chicken Caesar Sliders are the best solution for an easy dinner. They make feeding a crowd super simple!
As the school year quickly approaches, I am always on the hunt for quick and easy dinner recipes. Between soccer practice, gymnastics, piano lessons, etc…I need all the help I can get when it comes to getting dinner on the table.
Luckily, my kids love sliders and wraps! If you haven’t tried some of my previous sandwich recipes, below are a few of our favorites:
This new recipe for Toasted Chicken Caesar Sliders, is definitely one you need to save. Made with easy to find ingredients, they come together super fast and are incredibly delicious.
WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
- 1 package of Kings Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- 10-12 slices deli chicken breast
- 6 slices Colby jack cheese
- 2 tablespoon melted butter
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- Preferred amount of fresh tomatoes, red onion and romaine lettuce
HOW DO I MAKE TOASTED CHICKEN CAESAR SLIDERS?
Start by slicing the rolls in half, length wise. Place both half of the rolls on a large baking sheet and spread the melted butter on the top. Place the baking sheet in the oven with the broiler on high. Toast for 2-3 minutes. Be sure to watch the rolls, they can burn quickly.
Once the rolls are toasted, remove them from the oven. Spread half of the Caesar dressing on the bottom rolls. Then layer with cheese, chicken, tomatoes, onion and romaine lettuce.
Before you add the top half of the rolls, spread the remaining Caesar dressing on them.
