Piri Piri Chicken Recipe
Prep Time: 10 minutes + 24 hours  Cook Time: 10 minutes  Servings: 6

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup of vinho verde

1 tbsp of pimento paste

1 tbsp of piri piri sauce

1 1/2 tsp of sea salt

1 tsp of black pepper

1 1/2 tsp of garlic powder

1 1/2 tsp of paprika

1 bay leaf

1 tbsp of olive oil

Directions

Chicken Recipes

1- Place chicken fillets all in a large bowl, add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, piri piri sauce, bay leaf, pimento pasta and vinho verde, stir to mix well.

2- Cover bowl and place in fridge for 24 hours.

3- Heat skillet with olive oil on low/medium heat.

4- Cook fillets five minutes per side.
