3 Ingredient Cake



 

 

Yields: 8 Slices

Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup vanilla whole milk greek yogurt (make sure it has sweetener in it)

  • 5 tbsp tapioca flour 

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F. 

  2. In a large mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients and mix until a batter has formed. Start with your eggs and yogurt first, and then slowly add the tapioca flour. 

  3. Pour your batter into your 6” round pan and bake for 45-55 mins.

  4. Allow to cool for 15-20 minutes before serving!
