Greetings! Depending on how we’re connected, you may or may not have heard much from me lately.
On January 1 this year, I moved most of my online writing over to a new newsletter, where I share three times a week on mental health and purposeful productivity:
–> YearofMentalHealth.com
Most of my original subscribers (150k+) moved over with me, but not everyone did. If you haven’t been receiving the new mailings, I thought I’d check in with some updates.
Here are a few posts I’ve written recently –>
Why Buying a Couch Can Make You Happy
Or, “Buy more things this year, it’s okay.”
Unhelpful Life Advice
Why I won’t be telling you to meditate, find an accountability partner, or hire a virtual assistant.
The Trauma of Adult Undiagnosed ADHD
How ADHD affects millions of adults, and what they can do about it.
Those are just a few of the new posts—there are more than 30 so far in the archives, with more being added every week.
If you haven’t signed up yet, I’d love to have you around! It’s where I’ll be doing most of my online writing this year.
If you’re not into joining a new newsletter, however, I get it! I’ll try to check in over here once in a while as well.
I also post almost every day on LinkedIn, Facebook, and (less often) Instagram.
Hope you’ve been well—and I hope we can be in touch more in the near future!
P.S. A few more new posts if you’re interested (fair warning, these are kind of personal):
- Lessons from Your Six-Year-Old Self
- How I Use (and Don’t Use) Adderall to Help with Focus
- Is It Always Best to “Do What Makes You Happy?”
